All dogs must be at least 6 months of age as of June 17, 2016, and be registered with USDAA or World Cynosport Rally Limited.
| Division | Minimum Eligibility |
| LEVEL 1 | Dogs must have earned at least the RL1 title or equivalent Rally title (e.g. Rally Novice) in any titling organization. |
| LEVEL 2 | Dogs must have earned at least the RL2 title or equivalent Rally title (e.g. Rally Advanced) in any titling organization. |
| LEVEL 3 | Dogs must have earned at least the RL3 title, or equivalent Rally title (e.g. Rally Excellent) in any titling organization. |
| VETERAN | Dogs must be 8 years or older as of June 17, 2016, and have earned at least the RL1 or RLV title, or equivalent Rally title (e.g. Rally Novice) in any titling organization. |
